Solution
Assuming your Volume License Agreement (VLA) is still active, the likely reason is that your software admin chose to have the disconnected license file expire when your VLA did, or at another specified date.
Talk to your organization's software admin and request that they generate a new disconnected license file for you. If you don't know administrator of the VLA in your organization,
contact our customer support team for further assistance.
When software admins generate disconnected license files for end-users, they are able to specify when the disconnected license will expire.
