Access Standard Service Program (SSP) with a Volume License Agreement (VLA)

Issue Details

We have several licenses that are part of a Volume License Agreement (VLA).
  • Do multiple users get phone support? 
  • Can the users have access to Standard Service Program (SSP)?

Solution

Through the VLA multiple users can become entitled to our Standard Service Program or (SSP). To get users this entitlement the software adminstrator will need to email agreements@ni.com with your Service ID and a list of with the full name and email of the contacts to add.

The Standard Service Program is designed to provide you with the latest software technology through automatic upgrades, and access to a higher level of technical support through phone and e-mail access to NI Technical Support Engineer.
