Where Can I Download the Microsoft XP Hotfix for NI USB DAQ Devices?

Issue Details

I need the Microsoft hotfix for the known USB DAQ issue affecting some Windows XP users. Where can I find this hotfix?

Solution

Since Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft, the hotfix can no longer be obtained from the Microsoft website. You will need to upgrade to a newer version of Windows to resolve this issue.

Additional Information

There is a known issue with USB DAQ devices for an extremely limited number of customers that would see channel swapping or blatantly incorrect data. This was found to be a problem in Windows XP. Microsoft created a solution and posted it to their website. Because this problem only affects an extremely small portion of the the Windows user base, Microsoft opted to issue this as a hotfix.
