Module Creation Conflict When Discovering C Series Modules in LabVIEW Project

Issue Details

When I try to discover the C Series Modules connected to my CompactRIO chassis in a LabVIEW Project using either the Scan Mode or the FPGA Interface, it shows the following error:

Module creation conflict. The session is invalid. The target may have reset or been rebooted. Check the network connection and retry the operation.
 

 

 

Solution

Try the following steps:

1- Verify your Ethernet connection isn't faulty. Try a different Ethernet cable, port, switch.

2- Reformat and reinstall the software in your cRIO.
