Issue Details

I am using TestStand with the TestStand Semiconductor Module (TSM) to log some values from the Semiconductor Multi Test step to a report or STDF file, but when I try to log a value that is 10k or higher, it is logged asĀ  >9999 instead of the actual number. How do I show my value in its entirety?

Solution

You will need to use a scaling factor to allow you to see the full range of measurement values you need. Additionally, different STDF viewers may show varying degrees of precision for those values.

Additional Information

This occurs because the Test Results Log generated by TSM has a limit on the number of characters per column.
