Issue Details

I was using my USB-6509 without issues but when I plug it again on my computer the LED light doesn't turn on and my device stops being recognized.

My device is powered up and the manual says it may be in suspend state. Is there a way to take the device out of that state?

Yes, if you are using an external supply to power the USB-6509, you need to power cycle the device in order to take it out of suspend state.

To power-cycle your device, do the following:
  1. Take out the external power supply from the device.
  2. Unplug the device from your computer.
  3. Connect the device with only the USB cable.
  4. The device should be now recognized by your computer.
