DIAdem Not Showing the Full User Interface

Issue Details

DIAdem does not seem to load properly and does not show the full interface. It only shows the NAVIGATOR panel, and as a result I am unable to view any other panel. 




This issue can be caused by the configuration in the DIAdem desktop files (like the Desktop.DDD). To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following: 
  1. Go to C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\National Instruments\DIAdem\<version> 
  2. Backup all the desktop files (*.ddd, *.par, *.tuc, *.bdn, *.tpr) and save them in a different folder.
  3. Delete all the desktop files (*.ddd, *.par, *.tuc, *.bdn, *.tpr) in the folder specified in step 1.
  4. Relaunch DIAdem, this will recreate the desktop files with the default DIAdem settings.

Additional Information

The DIAdem desktop files contain the settings with which DIAdem will launch at the start of the application. Different DIAdem desktop files with different settings can be saved for a given user, so forcing DIAdem to use the default settings will make sure that all default panels and menus are shown within DIAdem.
