Can't Change Default Timeout in IMAQdx

Issue Details

I want to set up a triggered image acquisition. In NI MAX, I specify the timeout to be something other than the default (5000 ms). However, when I run the Triggered Grab example VI, the timeout always reverts to 5000 ms. How do I fix this?

Solution

This is happening because there is a timeout input to IMAQdx Grab2.vi, which, if unwired, has a default value of 5000 ms. Wire a -2 into this function to force it to pull the timeout value from the camera's attributes.
