Issue Details

I am using the PCIe-8233 in my PC. In device manager I am getting a yellow triangle for one of the 4 ports. Specifically port 2. It is listing a driver issue, but when I looked at that port and the other ports, they all had the correct driver path.

Solution

You should do the following steps to solve this:
  • Check NI MAX>>My System>>Software and check to be sure NI-IMAQ, NI-IMAQdx, and NI-IMAQ I/O are installed.
    • If they are installed, remove any third party drivers. Third party drivers can sometimes interfere with NI drivers.
    • If drivers are not installed, install them
  • Follow this article to update Windows and the drivers it associates your device with in Device Manager
  • Try the card in a different slot in the PC
