Device Error in VirtualBench

Issue Details

  • I am receiving the following error from the VirtualBench Application: "Sequence contains no matching element"
Sequence contains no matching element
  • I am receiving the following error from the VirtualBench Application at startup
Enum value is not supported

What does this error message mean and how can I resolve it? 


In earlier versions of the NI VirtualBench firmware, there was a rare condition in which the configuration file on-device could become corrupt. To remove this corruption we can reset the configuration file. 

To reset the on-device configuration:
  1. Power on the VirtualBench
  2. Hold the reset button located on the back side of the VirtualBench
  3. The status LED will light purple, indicating the device is resetting
  4. Release the reset button and wait for the VirtualBench to finish the reset cycle
Once the configuration file has been reset, NI strongly recommends that you upgrade your VirtualBench firmware to the latest version.
