Solution
The VIs for waveform measurements are in the Signal Processing Palette of LabVIEW, Which you can access by right clicking on the block diagram then choose Signal Processing then Wfm Measure.
In this Palette you can find different VIs for different Waveform measurements. The Amplitude and Level Measurements express VI can be used to measure the Mean, RMS, Peak to peak values of a Waveform.
