I would like to use the NI 8451/8452 as an I2C slave. What is the slowest clock speed that I can use for these devices?
 

Solution

The slowest clock speed that the NI 8451/8452 support is 32 kHz.

Additional Information

To be used at 32 kHz, these devices need to be run in I2C Standard Mode and not Fast Mode. For a full list of supported clock rates for these devices, please consult page 491 of the NI USB-845x Specifications.
