Solution
- Check if the TDM icons are present within the Add-ins tab in Excel. The icons look like the following:
- If you don't see these icons, you must first install and activate this add-in so that you can use them. To activate a TDM Excel Add-in:
1. Click
File tab, click
Options, and then click the
Add-ins category.
2. In the
Manage box, select
COM Add-ins from the dropdown menu, and then click
Go. The
Add-ins dialog box appears.
3. In the
Add-ins available box, select the check box next to the TDM add-in and then click
OK.
4. If you can't find the TDM add-in in the
Add-ins box, you may need to
install it. 3. If you see these icons and still cannot read TDMS files correctly, re-install the TDM Excel Add-in.
