Solution
To get the installer to progress and get LabVIEW installed correctly, follow the steps below.
- Restart your computer.
- Install any Windows updates that may be pending. Additionally, try using the Windows Update Troubleshooter to ensure Windows Updates are working correctly.
- Attempt the installation again.
- If it is still not working, open Task Manager and look for processes called Windows Installer. If there are multiple instances of this process, end them.
- Be sure to disable any IT security settings or Windows Group permission settings that may be blocking the installation.
- Attempt the installation again.
If the CD is not able to get past 0%, follow the the steps below:
- Navigate to National Instruments download page to find the correct version of software.
- Alternatively, if you require physical media, use this guide to asist you in requesting new physical media.
