How to Do I Change the Combo Box Display Style Options?

Issue Details

I am using combo box controls in LabVIEW and I want to add the Display Style option under the Visible Items menu.  However, when I add a combo box control in the front panel, I cannot get that option to appear in the context menu.  Even the properties dialog disables that option under the Display Style options.

Solution

LabVIEW uses different versions of controls and indicators.  You can use Classic, Modern, Silver and NXG Style combo boxes for your application.  Not all the combo boxes have the same properties available. If you want to access the Display Style properties, use the Silver combo boxes.
