Issue Details

  • I recently renewed my Alliance Partner Software package, but when I look in NI License Manager, the old expiration date is still shown. How do I update it?
  • I just renewed my Alliance Partner serial number but I'm getting an activation error when I try to use it. How do I fix this error?


To update the expiration date, right click your software and click deactivate. Then, click Activate Software and enter your Serial Number. This causes the License Manager to query the server and get the updated expiration date.

Note: If you just renewed the serial number, it may take up to 24 hours for National Instruments to process the renewal and allow the serial number to activate your software.
