Alliance Partner Software Won't Activate

Issue Details

I recently renewed my Alliance Partner Software package, but when I look in NI License Manager, the old expiration date is still shown. How do I update it?

Solution

To update the expiration date, right click your software and click deactivate. Then, click Activate Software and enter your Serial Number. This causes the License Manager to query the server and get the updated expiration date.
