Issue Details

I am using LabWindows™/CVI™ on a Linux operating system, and want to change the font options in the message box. How do I do this?

Solution

Use SetSystemPopupsAttribute to change the attributes of a message box.

For example, if you want to change the text size of the message pop-up to 14, use the following command:

SetSystemPopupsAttribute (ATTR_TEXT_POINT_SIZE, 14);

Additional Information

In Linux, the system pop-up attributes apply to all of the LabWindows/CVI pop-up panels, such as graph pop-ups, message pop-ups, and file select pop-ups.

In Windows, you can use the above commands as well as these Font Options commands. You can also configure LabWindows/CVI font options in the Registry.
