No Licenses Appear When Adding Licenses to Volume License Manager Group

Issue Details

I'm trying to add a license to a group in NI VLM but every time I click the Add button next to the "Licenses" window, a blank window appears or all of my available licenses do not appear. Why is this and how can I add my licenses to a group?


The Add Licenses window will appear blank and/or incomplete if you have created a group of a type that is incompatible with your Volume License Agreement (VLA). For instance, if your VLA is user-based, you must create a User Group by clicking the Add User Group button on the left side of VLM as shown in the image below. If you try to create a Computer Group, you will not be able to add any licenses that are user-based and the Add License window will appear blank and/or incomplete.
