We use a third-party FFT analyzer that has a method called "Overall", which acquires the sum of all spectrum in the power dimension, and "Partial Overall" in which you limit the range of frequency window and takes the overall. Does Sound and Vibration Toolkit have a function to calculate this value?
No, Sound and Vibration Toolkit does not have a function which can calculate precisely the "Overall value". The closest function is SVFA Power in Band VI which computes the aggregate power in the range you specify. But this power which the SVFA Power in Band VI computes does not include DC component. To calculate the "Overall value", you need to add the DC component to the output of the SVFA Power in Band VI.
