Cannot Find Kollmorgan AKD in Workbench

Issue Details

I have my hardware connected and can see my cRIO in NI MAX, but why can't I see my AKD in workbench? How do I fix this?


If you cannot find your Kollmorgan AKD in Workbench, first confirm that you have all the hardware correctly connected: the Service Port (X11) on the AKD is directly connected to your Machine via an Ethernet cable; re-open Workbench after this is confirmed.
