Empty Constructor Node in LabVIEW

Issue Details

I am trying to call a .NET assembly with the LabVIEW Constructor Node. When I place it down on the Block Diagram, I don't get a list of assemblies I can call:

Solution

The Constructor Node should be populating with native Windows assemblies. This issue could be caused by a variety of reasons:

Security settings are preventing LabVIEW from accessing assemblies. Configure firewall settings to allow NI products, or turn them off.
Versions of .NET are not installed, check which versions of .NET are installed
The .NET versions are corrupt, try to repair the .NET Framework.
Corrupt LabVIEW installation:
- If NI Package Manager is not installed, force reinstall LabVIEW.
- If NI Package Manager is installed, repair or reinstall LabVIEW.
Corrupt LabVIEW Project, try moving all files into a new project.
