Issue Details

After installing the NI LabVIEW Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit that includes the System Identification Toolkit on my PC successfully, LabVIEW 64-bit does not show any of the available functions when trying to create a program, nor will it run any of the examples available.

Solution

The LabVIEW Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit 2017 and earlier, which includes the NI System Identification Toolkit, was not compatible with the 64-bit version of LabVIEW and could only be used in the 32-bit LabVIEW environment. LabVIEW 2018 and later added support for this toolkit in 64-bit.

Upgrade LabVIEW and the Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit to 2018 or later to use this toolkit in 64-bit.

Additional Information

Please note that while the Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit and NI System Identification Toolkit are supported in LabVIEW 64-bit 2018 or later, the System Identification Assistant is only supported in the 32-bit environment. Refer to the LabVIEW 2019 Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit Readme for more details.
