Have Not Received My NI Account Email Confirmation

Issue Details

I opened up NI License Manager and noticed that all of my software is no longer activated. When I click on Activate Software it prompts me to login to my NI account. After doing so, it brought me to a web page asking me to confirm my account by checking my inbox, but I never received an email confirmation. How do I confirm my NI account so that I can activate my software?

Solution

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Go to ni.com and try confirming your email address by logging in through a web browser
  2. Click on My Account in the upper right corner, and then click on Edit Profile
  3. Update your password and ensure that it is at least 8 characters long
  4. Confim that your email address is correct (case sensitive)
  5. Ensure that you are using the latest version of NI License Manager
  6. Check with your IT department to make sure the email is not getting blocked
  7. If the issue persists, email eCRM.feedback@ni.com with a description of the problem
  8. If eCRM manually confirms your email but you are still seeing the email confirmation page, try clearing your web browser's cache
