Third Party Add-on for LabVIEW Activation Failed

Issue Details

I am trying to activate my third party add-on with the activation wizard and I get the error message:

The following add-ons failed to activate

or

Activation Failed: No More Keys Available

Solution

​To resolve this issue, follow the below steps:
 

  1. Confirm the License ID and Password being entered are correct for the specific product being activated. 
  2. Contact the third-party add-on developer directly to confirm the correct License ID and Password. 
  3. Ask the third-party developer to reset the activation keys.  

Note: NI does not provide activation keys for third-party add-ons. It is the responsibility of the third-party add-on developer to handle all issues related to the activation of their product.

If you need to activate the Third-Party Software offline, you might try to use our Third-party activation code generation page. During the process, please make sure that the "User Code 1" and "User Code 2" were correctly copied. This code is usually 9 digits and it should be the same as the User Codes on the PC where LabVIEW is installed. You can verify your User Codes by opening LabVIEW >>Go to Help >> Click on Activate Add-ons >> Choose the software you would like to activate >> Select Use a Web browser on this or another computer to acquire an activation code.
