I Can Communicate With My Device Using Visual Studio But Not With NI VISA

Issue Details

I am able to successfully communicate with my device when I use Visual Studio and Windows Serial commands, but when I try to use a VISA Test Panel I don't get any responses. 

Solution

Check to make sure you are configuring NI VISA to use the same terminating characters as you are in Visual Studio as the VISA commands may not be using the same terminating characters by default.
