Issue Details

LabVIEW 2015 introduced a new feature that enables the LabVIEW project on Windows development machines to create Shared Libraries that can execute on NI Linux Real-Time controllers. How do I use these Shared Libraries?

Solution

Shared Libraries created using the Build Specifications under the NI Linux Real-Time target can be used on the target if called from a Call Library Node within a VI. Calling these Shared Libraries outside of the LabVIEW Run-Time, such as from another C application, is not supported.
