Issue Details

When I try to retrieve an image of my Real-Time (RT) target using NI Replication and Deployment Utility (RAD), I receive the following error message:  
Application Image Retrieval Error: 
nisyscfg.lvlib:Get Installed Components.vi:3430001<APPEND>

Solution

Error -2147220354 indicates a problem in the communication between the target and host. To avoid this error, ensure network connection and firewalls are configured correctly .
