Error When Generating LabVIEW Code From Inspection Using Vision Assistant

Issue Details

When I try to generate code from an inspection using the Vision Assistant, I receive the error shown below. How can I resolve this?

Solution

Follow the steps below to identify the cause of the error and fix the same :
  • The most common cause of this error is software compatibility issues. Check the readme for the vision software you are using to check software compatibility. For example, if using Vision Development Module 2015 SP1, you can consult the NI Application Software Support section of the readme to determine that LabVIEW 2012 through 2015 are compatible with this software.
  • If software is compatible, repair the Vision Development Module software .
  • If repairing the software does not help, un-install Vision Development Module and re-install the same version.
