Using Different Vsup on NI-9475

Issue Details

I have an NI-9475 and I can see in the Getting Started Guide  the pinout that shows a Vsup for each DO but it does not state which DO is connected to which Vsup.

Solution

All the Vsup pins are connected internally. Having more pins allows distributing the current consumption through different pins, reducing the risk of cause an overcurrent on one of them. The following figure shows a simplified block diagram of the NI 9475.

Additional Information

If you need to have different voltage levels on the DOs, you can use a conditioning stage for leveling the voltage to the desire value.
