To troubleshoot this issue please try the following steps
- Verify that the card is properly mounted in a PCI slot and not a PCIe (PCI Express) slot
- Please try a different PCI slot on your computer
- Check if you have the appropriate Version of DAQmx installed on your computer.
- If you already have the appropriate DAQmx version installed try force reinstalling DAQmx in order to fix any corruption.
In certain situations there might be an incompatibility with the motherboard of the PC. Please try to use a different PC or motherboard to test for incompatibilities.
