Academic LabVIEW Activation Error - Failed to Activate

Issue Details

When I try to activate LabVIEW using an Academic Site License, an error indicating a failed activation occurs and LabVIEW goes into an evaluation state. In license manager I am not able to login to my account. Why is this? 


To resolve activation error try the troubleshooting steps below:
  • Contact your software admin to confirm that you're using the correct serial number for your activation. 
  • There may be some corruption within the download of LabVIEW that is preventing a successful activation. The best course of action would be to do a force reinstall of LabVIEW and attempt to activate your product again. 

If the issue persists, contact NI support for further assistance.
