I want to create a string indicator property node in order to scroll to display the string in LabVIEW Communications.

In LabVIEW Communications, this feature is not enabled through a property node. Instead, when you select a string indicator on your front panel, a set of options will appear on the right hand side of your screen. One of the options is Wrap Text. When that box is checked, a scroll bar will automatically appear if the string is too long to display fully.
