Issue Details

I have a CompactDAQ (cDAQ) chassis and want to be able to use it on a Linux machine. Is this possible, and if so what driver do I need to install?

Solution

NI-DAQmx Base is the driver required to communicate with USB DAQ hardware on a Linux machine. This driver does not support C Series chassis, but does support specific modules found within USB sleeves.  The following products are supported on NI-DAQmx Base:
  • USB-9211A
  • USB-9215A
  • USB-9233
  • USB-9234
