Cannot Create Service Request

Issue Details

Whenever I try to create a service request on the web at ni.com/support, I log into my NI user profile and get the following message (below) that says that my NI User Account it not tied to a service program membership. A valid membership is required to gain access to technical support via phone or email.
However, my company has an Enterprise Agreement, so I should have access to technical support.

Solution

You can enter a serial number or your service ID, in case you company has an Enterprise Agreements or Volume License Agreement with National Instruments. This ID is usually in the format of EA-<some number>. This should tie your NI User Account to a service program membership.
