Issue Details

I'm trying to create an NI XNET database in memory, but there isn't a :memory: option in the NI XNET I/O constant.

Solution

To create an XNET database in memory, you must manually type in :memory: in the XNET I/O constant. You can type in the constant by doing either of the following:

  • Double-click inside of the I/O constant. This should bring up a text cursor, and you can type in :memory:.
  • Use the Tools Palette to select the Edit Text tool. Now you can click inside of the XNET I/O constant and type in :memory:.
