Issue Details

I purchased two seats of LabVIEW but they are not showing up in the Volume Licensing Center under my service ID. 


If you made the purchase recently, please wait at least 5 business days for the system to process and update the order in the Volume License Agreement.

If after 5 days the purchase is still not reflected in your agreement, verify your order was purchased as part of the VLA. Any additional seat in a VLA should be purchased through

If the order was placed through, it's possible you purchased a seat as a Single Seat. Reach out to and ask them to add the single seat as part of the VLA
