My Newly Purchased Licenses Don't Show in My Volume License Agreement (VLA)

Issue Details

I purchased two seats of LabVIEW but they are not showing up in the Volume Licensing Center under my service ID. 

Solution

If you made the purchase recently, please wait at least 5 business days for the system to process and update the order in the Volume License Agreement.

If after 5 days the purchase is still not reflected in your agreement, verify your order was purchased as part of the VLA. Any additional seat in a VLA should be purchased through agreements@ni.com

If the order was placed through orders@ni.com, it's possible you purchased a seat as a Single Seat. Reach out to agreements@ni.com and ask them to add the single seat as part of the VLA
