InsightCM™ Alarm Emails Sent Too Frequently

Issue Details

I have an alarm that triggers emails to be sent when a value reaches a certain threshold in InsightCM. Spikes in my data are causing many false alarm emails to be sent. How can I only get an email when the threshold has been crossed for a certain amount of time?


When adding alarm rules, set the On Delay to a value greater than zero to ensure the alarm is not triggered until the threshold has been crossed for the On Delay time. See the Conditions for Setting and Clearing Alarms section of the InsightCM Help for more information.
