Issue Details

I have a Real-Time application that only loads when connected to my development computer. When I unplug it from the development computer, the Real-Time VI doesn't run. Why is this happening?

Solution

Make sure that you are passing through the correct reference to the FPGA bitfile. If you select a bitfile that is located on the PC, then your application will not be able to run your application as a headless application. It is best to reference the local host or the name of the resource itself.

Additional Information

For more information on referencing your FPGA target, reference thisĀ article.
