Solution
To solve this issue, you need to take troubleshooting steps below:
- Power cycle your Smart Camera and restart NI-MAX.
- Reinstall the software on the Smart Camera.
- Reinstall the software on the NI myRIO-1900.
If above steps don't resolve the problem, it is most likely due to limited data rate of the USB cable or third-party adapter which connects NI myRIO to the PC. Make sure that USB cable or third-party adapter you are using have enough capability to transfer video data.
