Issue Details

I'm using InsightCM, and my devices fail to collect data when I attempt to use a force trigger. My devices are online and the status reports OK. How can I fix this?

Solution

This can occur if your device's modules are entered incorrectly. For example, if your cRIO contains 9230 modules but your hardware configuration lists them as 9232 modules, you will not be able to collect data from a force trigger.
