Issue Details

I'm trying to run my code in FPGA Interface Mode and receive Error -65593: project contains a module in slot 4 but slot 4 is empty. How can I resolve this?

Solution

1. Remove the cRIO from the LabVIEW project, and re-add the cRIO target in FPGA Interface mode. From here, add modules to the FPGA target as usual (Right-Clicking the FPGA target >> New >> C Series Modules). Re-add and recompile the FPGA programs as usual.

2. Reformat the cRIO using the steps outlined in this KB.

3. Contact NI Support.
