Matching Service ID Not Found in Volume Licensing Center (VLC)

Issue Details

When I try to introduce my Service ID in Volume Licensing Center (VLC) I get the following error: "A matching Service ID could not be found. Try again or contact National Instruments if you believe there is an error". However, I have confirmed my Service ID is correct and I use it to get license files. What is happening?

Solution

If you have a Service ID from an Academic Site License (ASL) you will be unable to access to the Volume Licensing Center (VLC). If you want to modify your agreement setup or have a new license file generated, please contact agreements@ni.com.
