Issue Details

When trying to self-calibrate my NI 5122, 5124, or 5142, I receive the following error:

Error -234107 or -234101: Internal Hardware Error occurred in Scopes hardware. Please contact National Instruments Support.

These NI Oscilloscopes can have rare, false self-calibration failures. If you have NI-SCOPE version 2.8 or earlier installed, upgrade to NI-SCOPE 2.8.1 or later. If you are using the latest compatible version of NI-SCOPE and are still receiving this error, please contact NI Support as this error usually indicates a hardware failure and results in an RMA.

Additional Information

This error can occur in Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX), NI-SCOPE Soft Front Panel, or an Application Development Environment (LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, Measurement Studio).
