Issue Details

I am trying to self-calibrate my Vector Signal Transceiver (VST), but receive Error -365014 occurred at an unidentified location. Possible reason(s): The ADC overflowed while taking a measurement. How can I fix this?

Solution

  • This error can occur rarely without cause, so retest the device to see if the error occurs again.
  • Ensure there are no signals present at the front end of the VST.¬†
  • Remove anything physically connected to the front end of the VST, even if it's only cabling, splitters, or something that shouldn't produce any signal.

Additional Information

While you can self-calibrate the VST with physical connections to the front end as long as there's no signal present, it's possible for cabling or connections to pick up RF interference or environmental signals that can cause the self-calibration to fail.
