Issue Details

I would like to add our internal calibration procedure name to all of the calibration reports generated by Calibration Executive. Is there a way to have my procedure name easily displayed?

Solution

Currently we don't have any options to let costumers use permanently customizable elements on the report. There are a couple of alternative options available:
  • You can use the DUT Notes field to add their own information to the report, but you must do it every run of a calibration procedure.
  • The Tracking Number field is cached on a per Serial Number basis and is a fully editable Text Field. If you are not using the Tracking Number field for another purpose, it can be used to store any information. You can learn how to edit the the Tracking Number from the help topic.
  • While unsupported and not recommended, another option is to edit the report generation stylesheets to include the information you want. The stylesheets are located at C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\Calibration Executive\ReportGenerator\StyleSheets.
