Issue Details

I want to log data with a task created in NI-MAX.  I set up the logging in the Logging tab and I ran it. Where can I find the logged data?

Solution

If you have only NI-MAX installed, you can not use this function. To use this option you need a development environment as it's stated in the description of the Logging tab. A development environment like LabVIEW will offer great flexibility in data logging.

After you create the task you need to use it in LabVIEW. Drag and drop the Task from MAX to LabVIEW and use it in your code. For additional instructions please refer to the following guide: Using a DAQmx Task Created in MAX in LabVIEW
