NI License Manager was unable to install the license file.
Additionally, if your software admin's PC has any sort of always-on encryption like Sophos, turn it off while creating a disconnected license.Note: If you are using a license file for the Volume License Server. You will need to install the license file in NI Volume License Manager . If this still does not address the issue, it may be that you are logged in as the incorrect user for a named disconnected license (for example, the administrator username is logged in instead of the end user tied to the license file). Ensure that you are logged into the machine under the correct username in order to license the products and activate the software.
This error can when you try to install a license file with the same name as a previously-installed license file. It is a known issue with NI License Manager 4.0 and a Corrective Action Request has already been submitted.It is important to recognize the difference between NI License Manager and NI Volume License Manager.
