ISC-1782 Smart Camera not Recognized in NI MAX

Issue Details

I bought an ISC-1782 Smart Camera with Windows 10 IoT system. I have installed NI Vision Acquisition Software August 2016 but I still cannot find the camera in NI MAX.

Solution

ISC-178x Smart Cameras are not supported by drivers prior to NI-IMAQdx 16.2 version.
Try installing NI Vision Acquisition Software 17.1 or later to fix the problem.

NI Vision Acquisition Software 17.1 supports the following ISC-178x Smart Cameras:
  • ISC-1780
  • ISC-1781
  • ISC-1782
  • ISC-1783
