NI PMA-1115 some keys do not work on the keyboard

Issue Details

Certain keys on the keyboard of the PMA-1115 are no longer responding.

Solution

Plug in another USB keyboard to the PXI controller in your PXI system. 
 
  • USB Keyboard works: Your keyboard on the PMA 1115 is likely broken and needs an RMA. Please call into NI support 866-275-6964 and explain the behavior to an Applications Engineer
 
  • USB Keyboard has same issue: Try to boot the computer in safe mode (check how to do this for your OS) and see if this behavior persists. 

Try the PMA 1115 on another PXI chassis if possible and see if the problem persists.
