I have MATLAB® code written by someone else and I want to integrate this into the LabVIEW code I am writing, but I do not have access to a MATLAB® license. What are my options for integration?

You will have to create compiled code in MATLAB® and use LabVIEW to call the compiled code, instead of using LabVIEW to directly connect to the MATLAB® script server. For example:
